"Russia's Sports Minister and former hockey great Vyacheslav Fetisov said on Wednesday he would only approve a 'fair deal'.
Asked if he wanted Russia to join the agreement with the NHL, the former captain of the Soviet national team said: "Yes, only if it's a fair deal, but I'm opposed to the one that they (NHL) are forcing us to comply with at this time."
